Website files can be uploaded using the cPanel File Manager.
To upload files:
1. Login to cPanel
2. Open File Manager
3. Open the public_html folder
4. Click Upload
5. Select your website files from your computer
6. Wait for upload completion
Your website files should normally be placed inside:
public_html
After uploading, visit your domain in a browser to confirm the website is working.
